Job Description

Publicly Traded Company located in the Galleria area of Houston, Texas is searching for a MS Dynamics CRM Senior Consultant to help them through a MS Dynamics implementation.  They are working on a greenfield project rolling out MS Dynamics CRM and still in the early stages working with a business partner.  Candidate will need a blended background in development and administration.  This company has multiple locations across the USA and will need help on implementing MS Dynamics CRM at each location.


Candidate must have a strong technical background including strong business analysis and optimization skills.  Candidate will be responsible for administering sales and marketing implementation of Dynamics 365.  The candidate will be required to communicate with product owners and end users to gather requirements as well as design and develop solutions to evolve the platform over time.

Job Requirements

Technical Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with business process analysis and documentation.
  • 5+ years of experience in .NET development
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL, data modeling and manipulation
  • 2+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions including front-end JavaScript customization
  • 2+ years of experience perform CRM data migrations, design specification creation, and system configuration
  • Act as administrator for Dynamics 365 including user and security administration
  • Hands-on experience developing Azure Cloud Services
  • Hands-on experience working with Application Lifecycle Management tools like Azure DevOps
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with developers, product owners and end users
  • Project management skills to include exhibiting a high level of professionalism.


  • Experienced working with clients and project teams to define functional requirements and document solution design.
  • Experience in developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 custom solutions including entities, forms, dashboards, and data migrations and integrations using PowerApps, .NET, and Azure Cloud Services.
  • Experienced gathering specifications and convey requirements for custom code, integrations, and custom reports.
  • Expertise in installation, configuration, integration, testing, training, documentation and support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Experience in application lifecycle management / change control processes.

  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written.)
  • Candidate must be able to prioritize tasks.
  • Candidate must be able to work within a team and independently.
  • Candidate must be able to multi-task.

Work Relationship:

This is a partial remote position.  Candidate must live in the Houston area and be able to come to the office 1 to 3 days a week as needed.
